๐ŸŒ About the CROSSCOMP Initiative

CROSSCOMP is a cross-border collaboration project between:

  • Technical University of Moldova (TUM)
  • Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iaศ™i (TUIASI)
  • State Agrarian University of Moldova (UASM)

The project aims to improve academic education and infrastructure in the automotive engineering sector, aligning regional curricula with modern industry requirements.

As a participant, I attended a dedicated webinar series held in April 2021, focusing on modern trends in automotive engineering, including:

  • Hybrid and electric vehicle systems
  • Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)
  • Embedded electronics and diagnostics
  • Curriculum innovation and modern teaching methods
  • Industryโ€“academia collaboration case studies

The webinars were part of a broader training initiative that included lab upgrades, course improvements, summer schools, and master program planning under the name Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (HEV).
