The awarded project proposes a complete embedded solution for thermal control and monitoring of zinc and copper foils in nanostructure fabrication. Features include:

  • ESP32-based architecture with galvanic isolation (optotriac + BT138)
  • FreeRTOS for multitasking and timing accuracy
  • Real-time temperature monitoring with PID regulation
  • Cross-platform interface (Windows/Web/Android)
  • Visual data tracking: temperature graph, process timing, user-defined setpoints

This system addresses the need for precise, remotely managed thermal treatment, crucial in nanomaterials research (e.g., ZnO synthesis).
